Hi. I would like to raise a question about creating new measures at the excel pivot table.
When I create new measures at pivot table, it should automatically appear in the pivot table item list. But it is strange I can't find my new measures created the value field list. I am sure my DAX formulas for the pivot table measure is correct. Because I basically simply copied my colleague's raw data for the pivot table. His excel file has created a few calcualtion measures for the pivot table and I simply copy the DAX formula, so the DAX formula must be free from errors. But strangely, the measures appear in the pivot table item list of my colleague's excel file, but not in my file. I tried to search on internet for solutions, but not very helpful.
Could someone help me identify what happened? Thank you very much!
Same issue here, did you find a solution?
@gordon_tsui , There might be some issue with column or table reference, can you share some examples

Greetings. For confidential reason maybe I am not able to share the file directly. But I have checked the table reference. The table reference in my self-made pivot table is the same as my colleagues does. So it should be free from error.
I also try to copy the whole referenced table into another new excel book, try to make a new pivot table, create the new measure, and redo again. But the new measures still do not display in the value field of the pivot table.
Anyway, if you have any suggestion on how I can share information with you or you need any further clarification, feel free to let me know! Thank you.
