Unable to calculate the %Utilized (team,Individual)

As displayed in the attached Pictures trying to calculate TeamUtilization(%) and Individual Utilization(%) seperately only because when User is selected in the filter the utilization is not showing the same value.

Technically utilization(%) = WorkedHrs/BillableHrs

Perferably only 1 Measure with Utilzation(%) should work when deselected user it should show TeamUtilization and when selected it should show only that User utilization.

DAX i used:

Util% = [WorkedHrs]/[BillableHrs]

TeamUtil% = [WorkedHrs]/([BillableHrs]*2)

Formulas always depend on how a model is structured. Therefore, it's not possible to give you any definitive answer.
