URGENT HELP NEEDED with DAX code for having 2 filter conditions

This is the DAX code that I have created for my problem.

My problem is that I am 2 columns in 2 different tables. My need is when someone selects filter 1 then they should receive the data in a card visual. Similarly for filter 2. When they select both the filters then they should get the sum of values from both the cards or table. But I am always getting BLANK

The funny part is that when I replace the Sum part in my code with "text" then it is working perfectly. It is only providing me with BLANK when it is a numerical value.

I have checked all the relationships and data types but I am not able to solve it. Please help
