Trouble getting 2 tables to communicate

Hi There! I am trying to get a quick sales table worked up but I can't figure out the Dax, and I'm hoping someone can help!

We have two tables related to the sale of products:

  1. TABLE 1 contains the value of each product. The value sometimes changes, and we detail that in the first two columns with START and END dates, adding new rows whenever the value is updated.
  2. TABLE 1 contains the number of products sold. There are duplicates of the data from TABLE 1 due to looking at each region.

I am trying to output a matrix table (TABLE 3?) which contains values from TABLE 1 and TABLE 2 multiplied together. The overall work is pretty simple, I just cannot find anything to match the two tables together due to the duplicates in both tables.

Here's an image showing this in action:

I've color coded the rows to show how they connect to each other.

It's such a simple problem, but I cannot figure it out, can anyone help? Here's a copy of the table data in a PBI file: https://drive.google.com/file/d/172S26uzVDH79d_CEzCs5as_xZCWfo9n0/view?usp=share_link
