I have the left table below. And I'm looking for how I can make the right table via a calculated table. In which I am mainly looking for how the values of several rows are 'knotted' together and shown as a summary value. (I am referring to column 'Activity')

concatenatex(table, table[Activity])
and use it with order_id

Activity_Summary= CONCATENATEX(VALUES('Table'[Activity]),'Table'[Activity],"",'Table'[Activity],ASC)
Duration_Total= CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Duration]),ALLEXCEPT('Table','Table'[Order_ID]))
