Totals not correct in table

Hi,

To start with, excuse me for creating a topic which already discussed several times, but I am quite lost why the totals are not showing correctly. Used to achieve this before but havent worked with power BI in 2 years, somehow I cant get it done whatever I do. I created a simple overview with little data to replicate my issue.

Table 1:

Table2:

My table output:

As you can see my totals are not correct.

Measure I used for counting totals costs per service:

Total cost per service = CALCULATE(SUM('Prices'[Price per month]) * COUNT('Users'[Product]))
Exchange online is not used by any user, but probably sums up as well

Please help as I am wasting way to much time on this now...

Kind Regards,

Soof1234

This looks like a measure totals problem. Very common. See my post about it here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/DAX-Commands-and-Tips/Dealing-with-Measure-Totals/td-p/63376

Also, this Quick Measure, Measure Totals, The Final Word should get you what you need:

How is it possible that you don't indicate the subscription type for Table2? How is the model to know what subscription type a user has subscribed to? It looks like certain info is missing from the model...

Hi,

I am not sure how your datamodel looks like, but please check the below picture and the attached pbix file.

I tried to create a sample datamodel like below.

I hope the below can provide some ideas on how to create a solution for your datamodel.

All measures are in the attached pbix file.
