TotalYTD Days - Calendar table

Hello community,

I am trying to return the number of cumulative days of the year until the last date data available, I am trying something like this but does not work:

Year count Days =

VAR Maxdate= LASTDATE('data'[Date])

VAR Totalyeardays = COUNTROWS('Calendar Table')

Return  

    TOTALYTD(Totalyeardays,'Calendar Table'[Date]<Maxdate)

The result I am getting is 365 days in current year

My last data date is : Janyaru 25, 2023

so I should be getting 25

VAR DaysWithData =
    COUNTROWS (
        FILTER (
            DATESYTD ( 'Calendar Table'[Date] ),
            'Calendar Table'[Date] <= MaxDate
        )
    )
RETURN
    DaysWithData
