I made a matrix with leadergroup hierarchy, however the total percentage for rls leaders and total percentage can be above 100 %.
I want the percentage for leaders and totals to be an average of their employees. The measure works on the single employee (marked with blue), however the percentages sum up as shown in table below marked with yellow.
If you need my calculations for sickness(sygdom) or the percentage to help fixing this issue, feel free to ask.

According to your statement, I think you want to percentage and totals in matrix subtotal to be an average of their employees. I suggest you to try ISINSCOPE() function to create a measure.
My Sample:

Measure =
IF(ISINSCOPE('Table'[Level2]),SUM('Table'[Sygdom]),AVERAGE('Table'[Sygdom]))
Result is as below.
