Total per category not working as expected

Hi,

I'm trying to count total per category between two tables. My goal is to find out how the hourly balance is being divided between tasks for each person (key). Somehow the visual is showing the same total for each category when filtering the person table. 

I know the question must be very easy, but I'd be really grateful if someone could share me their knowledge.
