Total Count of a specific text value from multiple columns.

I want total count of Arun from below multiple columns.

hello i made dummy data

go to power query and add custom column 

=Text.Combine(Record.FieldValues(_), " ")

now add a new custom column in power query again 

List.Count(Text.Split([Custom], "Arun")) - 1

make sure to change type of lastest column to whole number

load your data and do the measure

Occurrences of Arun = 
SUM(Test[Custom.1])
