There is error in it expression

Hi floks,
Again I need an help.
I got an error in report that shown in below screenshot,

I used formula to create the calculated column [Occurence] is,
occurence =COUNTX(FILTER(rawVQ_NONCONFORMANCE,EARLIER(rawVQ_NONCONFORMANCE[USER_DEFINED_1]) = rawVQ_NONCONFORMANCE[USER_DEFINED_1]),rawVQ_NONCONFORMANCE[USER_DEFINED_1])

It has values but getting error, can anyone please help me wheather i wrote the formula correctly.

Recheck your dax : What are you counting? is in number or text ?

Try COUNTAX
