There are ambiguous between 'template' and Cat Group

I am trying to create Realtionshiop   Vendor code [Vendor code ] to FINAL[Vendor code]  but i am getting ambiguous between Error.

Still there is a clear problem in the model that requires further assessment. For some reason the engine is unable to create one to many relationship! which is strange.

@tamerj1  thank you so much .. its working Now. i have one more doubt . in this report i am using Matrix visual so there is no option for Number format  to change MIillion . i used below measure 

 

Temp val = FORMAT(SUM(template[Quantity]), "#,,.0M")
 
I applied above measure in to matrix visual . i am getting   like below  adde screen shot . but it is wokring when i use  input source column Quanity
