I want to create a measure that disaplays a subtitle in particular visual depending on if its filter by a field. We have a filed isopen which is 0 or 1. I want this measure to work across multiple different visuals that use the isopen field and be able to evaluate the filter contex of that visual on the same page and change subtitle accordingly for example.
Below two cards one showing open Inciodents other show closed requests both using the same isopen field. The open, closed subtitle is on seprate card and id like it show below the tile based on filter context of that visual. Not the table or page and without the need to a apply the same filter context to subititle card to display this.

I can easily create indervisual measures for each title which i did as an intial test but this is waste and trying to reduce number of measures.
