@Anonymous , Fixed is a little bit tricky . It need to be forced at fact table level, you can not do with diemension

Divide(100 * SUM([Sales])
, calculate(SUM([Sales]), filter(all(Table), [Retailer1] = max([Retailer1]) && [Product Category1] = Max([Product Category1])
&& [Product Sub-Category1] = max([Product Sub-Category1])))
)

How do we incorporate date filter in it?

@Anonymous ,

if you want to add filter one is allselected

Divide(100 * SUM([Sales])
, calculate(SUM([Sales]), filter(allselected(Table), [Retailer1] = max([Retailer1]) && [Product Category1] = Max([Product Category1])
&& [Product Sub-Category1] = max([Product Sub-Category1])))
)

second is

Divide(100 * SUM([Sales])
, calculate(SUM([Sales]), filter(all(Table), [Retailer1] = max([Retailer1]) && [Product Category1] = Max([Product Category1])
&& [Product Sub-Category1] = max([Product Sub-Category1])

Table[Date] in allselected('Date'[Date]) 0 ))
)
