Summarising between 2 dates

Hi,

I have a table of staff leave data which looks like this

Name	Leave start date	Leave end date	number of annual leave days
Joe Bloggs	29/03/2021	7/04/2021	7

I'm looking for a way to summarise this data by month so that in this example, Joe Bloggs would show as the following

Name	Month	No of AL days
Joe Bloggs	March	3
Joe Bloggs	April	4

Just for added info - I do have a calendar table created but havent found use for it within this issue so far.

Any help would really appreciated.

All measures are in the sample pbix file.

I only excluded Saturday and Sunday.

I added two more people into the sample to check and test.
