Hi,
Can someone please suggest how to reconfigure my measure for my 'Overspend Amount' column (far right) so that its grand total equates to the actual sum of the values in the column $3574.82, instead of applying the actual measure I currently have, which makes it arrive to $740.62.

Hi,
I am not sure how your semantic model looks like, but please try something like below whether it suits your requirement.
Net Total fix: =
SUMX (
SUMMARIZE ( fact_table, calendar_table[Start of Month] ),
IF (
[your measure: subtotal 3 - invoice less CW unspent less ITF less Max Contribution amount] < 0,
0,
[your measure: subtotal 3 - invoice less CW unspent less ITF less Max Contribution amount]
)
)
