Strange numbers in SELECTCOLUMNS(CALENDAR....

Hi
I'm trying to create a Normal distribution chart, but are having some problems with the SELECTCOLUMNS(CALENDAR,
These are my measures:

Normal Distribution =
VAR MinValue = FLOOR([x-3a],1)
VAR MaxValue = CEILING([x+3a],1)
RETURN SELECTCOLUMNS(CALENDAR(MinValue,MaxValue),"X",INT([Date]))

Output (53 strange rows):

When I hardcode 74 as MinVlue and 77 as MaxValue it looks correct

Can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Hi @LotteLaugesen

A couple of things spring to mind here:

1. Creating a table based on the value of measures isn't going to work.  Tables are created during dataset refresh only, so will not be dynamic based on the measure values at report run time.

2. GENERATESERIES seems like a more appropriate function to use rather than CALENDAR.

GENERATESERIES(MinValue, MaxValue, 1)
