Please check the following methods.

Column:

En SdDev Diff =
IF (
    [Band] <> BLANK (),
    ROUND ( [En Diff] / STDEV.S ( 'Table'[Assessment% ] ), 2 ),
    BLANK ()
)

Are some of our results inconsistent because there are hidden decimal points in the data image you provided?

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
