Hello All,
I have a Division slicer on top of my report with Divisions A, B, C, D, E, F, G.
I just want A, B, C and D divisions in my slicer, so I applied filter on the visual and filtered out the Divisions as per requirement.
Now, when I select ALL option in the slicer... I want the consolidated data should be shown... like Total Sales for A, B, C and D combined.
But instead it shows for ALL divisons A, B, C, D, E, F, G.
How to fix this?
Any help would be appreciated!
Solved! Go to Solution.
I did a workaround for this:
1. Took two slicers: one with the filtered selections: And selected multiple options A, B, C and D in it.
2. The other slicer just showed A, B, C and D divisions. When I select ALL or when nothing is selected in this slicer it gives me the consolidated data for the Divisions in this slicer.
3. Hide the first slicer.
This works as desired!

If I understood your question,
You can just select A, B, C and D in the slicer, no need to click on ALL.

@Fowmy ,
I want only the particular items in my slicer.
Yes it is mulitple selection slicer... but when I select ALL... I should get the data for all the items filtered in my slicer.
@Tanushree_Kapse
Sorry, it is not possible to filter that way, when you click on ALL it overwrites the selection you made.
