Hi,
I have a Power BI report where I am having trouble getting a new slicer to dynamically update a visual in my report. Here is how my data is set up:
1. I have a report where I use 3 slicers to update the visual:
a. Date slicer (pulling from my Date Master Table)
b. State slicer (pulling from my State Master Table)
c. Area Slicer (pulling the area from my County Master table)
I'm trying to add a 4th slicer, Office Loation, however, this slicer will not update my actual Power BI report. It does operate dynamically with the State Slicer and Area Slicer, but it will not udpate by bar chart visual. I think its because I have no direct relationships between the County Cases and State Tests tables. However, Office Locations have multiple counties/states associated with them and Power BI will not let me create many:many relationships with the County Cases & State Tests tables to the Office Locations table.
Any ideas on how to fix this? I need all of the slicers to work dynamically with eachother and the visual.
Attached is an image showing the relationship of my tables
