Simple Measure is returning an error

NewColumn3 =
VAR SalesQuty = SUM(Sales[SalesQuantity])
VAR Text1 = "This month we sold "
VAR Text2 = " Items"
VAR Result = IF(
SalesQuty > 0,
Text1 & SalesQuty & Text2,
"No Sales this Month"
)

This is returning a lengthy error message, and I am not sure why.

VAR Text2 = " Items"
Result
IF(
SalesQuty > 0,
Text1 & SalesQuty & Text2,
"No Sales this Month"
