Showing Month End Customer Count Daily

Hi, many thanks in advance for your help

I need some help on writing the calculate statement that would assign the "month end customer base number" to all dates in that particular month

The month end values for september base figure is 41059 and october is 41093

I need all the rows in the daily view column to populate 41059 for september and same logic should apply to October and all october dates should populaete 41093

this is the current metric  i use

Daily View =

CALCULATE (

AVERAGEX (SUMMARIZE ( Dates, Dates[Year], Dates[MonthInCalendar] ),
[Customer Base]),

REMOVEFILTERS ( Dates ))
