I created some data:
Here are the steps you can follow:
Create calculated table.
Table2 =
var _table=
SUMMARIZE('Table',
'Table'[Date],"Group"," ","Amount",BLANK())
return
UNION('Table',_table)
Because Power BI is sorted alphabetically, when it is blank, it will automatically display to the top
If you want to display it below a certain column, you can name it as the character in front of the column, followed by a space
for example
Table2 =
var _table=
SUMMARIZE('Table',
'Table'[Date],"Group","C_BLANK","Amount",BLANK())
return
UNION('Table',_table)

I think you can try create blank measures
blank_measure = BLANK()
then add measure to visualization and set her name to empty or space
