Set Y Axis Bin Sizes Based on Parameters of Selected Measure

Hi, 

I am looking to set Y axis of visual based on bin size selected my the end user, but the min and max of the Y axis is governed by a selected measure.

Not sure if this is possible, this is so i can then dyanmically bin the count of customers.

however rather than binning be defined from a calculated column like age in this video, i require the binning to be done via a measure of total sales.
