SUM values from one table (T1) and add it in clumn in another table (T2) based on key field

I have two tables T1 and T2,

I need to add the column organizationRequirements to T2 after summing all organizationRequirements by each organizationId from T1. Thanks guys

T1 and T2 are linked through junctiontable which has the organizationId , see below
