I would like to format a SSAS measure as ‰ which is the 10*% and the available formats I can see on SSAS is Percentage, Whole number... maybe I could use the Custom one but don't know how to add the format of %.

Hi, there are two ways to change the format. From the menu and in the formula.
In menu click on your field to check the formula and go to the tab "Measure tools" or "Column Tools" . Then click on percentage symbol.

With dax you can use the functions FORMAT with the word "Percentage" on it or another format you wish. This link contains format examples: https://www.tutorialspoint.com/dax_functions/dax_format_function.htm
