to me it's a big challenge the first time that I try to do burndown chart.
I've a list at excel with some projects that have 5 steps, put in this example a put just two of them. I'd like to do a burndown chart of each step and burndown that represent the total of the project.
First and second stages show if the project needs to go through this stage or not.
Completed first and second stage indicates the completion of the project
Base date is the date you expect the project to be completed
I'm modeling the base of the data so if you have some advices that the batter way to organize the data it will hep.
