Row Level Percentage Calculation

Hello all,
I am trying to calulate difference between two measures. But it does not work at row level my measure if I use Divide / "/" is calculating total of the measures and applying divide function to that. I need help with calculating percentage at each row.
Please see the attached media for Info.
Table 1 is the current output. Table 2 is the desired Output

Please provide the sample data and the corresponding two measures, so that we can understand your scenario and understand the measure and context, which is helpful to help you solve the problem.

@dhanekula1996 , if Cost and MAx cost are measures  the

A new measure like this should do

divide([cost], [Max cost] )

 

If they are column  then a new measure like

 

divide(Sum(Table[cost]), Sum(Table[Max cost] ))

Hello Sir,
Thank you for responding. Yes both Cost (Cost table) and MAX(Measure Table) are measures and tried the same "Divide" to produce the table 1 result.
