Replacing valuse based on ID column (Conditional Formatting)

Hello guys, 

I would like to replace the "63" value in the TT_ACT_ID column if the project number is "168907" in column TT_PRJ_ID.
I have used replaced value with a if formula but it doesn't work. I've tried a couple of dax formula, see below.

The formula I've used are:

= Table.ReplaceValue(#"Renamed Columns",
63,
each if [TT_PRJ_ID]= "168907" then "13" else [TT_ACT_ID] ,
Replacer.ReplaceValue,{"TT_ACT_ID"})

= Table.ReplaceValue(#"Renamed Columns",
each [TT_ACT_ID],
each if [TT_PRJ_ID]= "168907"  and [TT_ACT_ID]= "63" then "13" else [TT_ACT_ID] ,
Replacer.ReplaceValue,{"TT_ACT_ID"})

Hi,

Your data format in [TT_PRJ_ID] is INT so by remowing "" in your condition ([TT_PRJ_ID]=168907 ) you should be good to go.
