Repeat Q1 in year

I want to have measure that repeat value of Q1 of every year for every quarter of every year:
31.03.2020 value of Q1/2020
30.06.2020 value of Q1/2020
30.09.2020 value of Q1/2020
31.12.2020 value of Q1/2020
31.03.2021 value of Q1/2021
30.06.2021 value of Q1/2021

.

How can I make that?
