    I am not sure how your datamodel looks like, but please try something like below whether it suits your requirement.

    Group Differentiation Market =
VAR _s =
    ADDCOLUMNS (
        SUMMARIZE ( ALLSELECTED ( pbix_cr_quads ), pbix_cr_quads[upc] ),
        "@diff",
            CALCULATE (
                [Mkt Differentiation],
                ALL ( pbix_cr_quads[product_level] )
            )
    )
RETURN
    AVERAGEX ( _s, [@diff] )
