Ratio of Filter value of a measure / total measure

I am trying to see what % a department and/or Job Category Labor Cost is to the grand total.   I have a couple of slicers for Department and Job Category on the same report and I want to create a card that shows the % as the Manager filters to the grand total of the Division.   I have 1 measure [Labor Cost].   Is there a way to do it based on how they slice the data?
