Wow, Thats a bit descriptive...

Might be something like this?

 

RANK =
VAR _call_sum = Blad1[SUM(CALLS_SUM)]
return
CALCULATE(COUNT(Blad1[Store Name])+1, FILTER(ALL(Blad1), Blad1[SUM(CALLS_SUM)] > _call_sum))
