RLS with StartDate and EndDate option

I have the table below. And my goal is to give all access via role management to users who meet three requirements:
1. The user email address must appear in the table.
2. The date of today must be between the StartDate and the EndDate
3. The value of column 'Reportname' must be equal to "Amount Dashboard".

And a user who does not at all meet the three above mentioned eoccurring in the table, is of course not allowed to see anything at all.

In summary, only the first user should be allowed to view the "Amount Dashboard" with the underlying data. And then he should no longer be able to see from 1-12-2022.

And the second user may view the "Amount Dashboard" with the underlying data from 01-02-2023

I'm looking for the right DAX expression that I should put in role management for this.

I hope someone can help me with this or point me in the right direction.
