Pulling image from another table into a leaderboard

I am in the process of creating a learning development leaderboard.  I have imported 5 icons in to my PowerBi file in a table called DevIcons and tested that I can pull the ImagetoURL column to display the 5 icons on their own.  I have build a leaderboard from another table that cotains team member input of activities, dates of activities, points per activity, measure to add up all the activity points for each team member and measure to determine what level each team member is based on their point total.  in the same PowerBi file.  If some one has reached a certain level on the leaderboard I want to pull the icon for that level from the DevIcons table so show in a column for each team member.  I can't figure out a way to make that happen, suggestions?
