Problem with calculated column

Hi, I am trying to create calculated column so I write this formula

Merge = IF(ISBLANK(Table1[CODE1]) , Table1[CODE2] , Table1[CODE1])

when I tried this formula on small data, it worked, but on big calculated table it does not work (data is 64K rows)

Am I doing something wrong? has anyone encountered such problem?

can you halp me?

You can create this simple calculated column in Power Query by using "Add conditonal column".
Also please post the error that is showing up in DAX.
