Previous month with TREATAS function

I need some help with this measure.

I need to get the previous month's sales using this function.

Actual = CALCULATE([Sales], TREATAS(SUMMARIZE(FactSalesForecast,FactSalesForecast[Year SF],FactSalesForecast[Month SF]),
DimDate[Year],DimDate[Month]))

Please help...
