Previous date if it's before 6:00

How to replicate the below formula in DAX?

if the time is before 6 am in the "Section End DateTime" column then it should be of previous dates in the next column called "Prod. Date" because the previous day's night shift ends at 5:59am
in Excel I used "=IF(V2<"6:00",W2-1,W2)" formula.
