Previous Value when the data is NULL for current selection

Hello,

I have just started with Power BI and I have a scenario but could not figure out the solution .Below is sample data.

When a user select any 'Start Date' in 2019 from the slicer, instead of showing blank for Product A it should show previous date avaliable price , in this case '50'. 

I have tried Earlier() and ISBLANK() to get this. @amitchandak @Greg_Deckler Any inputs to get this.

A	1/1/2018	11/11/2020	50	6/11/2017
A	11/12/2020	3/31/2021	60	6/11/2017

measure =
var _1 = calculate(max(Table[Start_date]), allexcept(Table, Table[product]))
var _2 = sum(Table[price])
return
sumx(values(Table[Product]), if (isblank(_2) ,calculate(_2, filter(all(Table), Table[Date] =_1 )), _2))

@amitchandak I have tried this but unfortunately this doesn't help to resolve
