PowerBi: Gauge in %

Hi everyone,

I want to use the Gauge as a visual to show status for a KPI, basically showing out of all the tickets we have closed, what percentage has the status "closed directly"?

I have created a measure for minimum, target and max (0%, 75% and 100%).
What piece am I missing here to make it do what I want?what do I need to do what I want.jpg
