Hi all!
New to the community and have been struggling with this for about a week now (alot of time spent 😞 )
In Power BI... I have clustered column chart
- The x-axis is the Request Type from the Made Up- FACT table
- The y-axis is the count of the Request Type from the Made Up- FACT table
- The legend is M/FY from the Made Up- FACT table, and has been created using following syntax:
M/FY = 'Made Up- FACT table'[Request Posted (M) Month (NameOrder)] &
" " &
RIGHT('Made Up- FACT table'[Financial year (M)], LEN('Made Up- FACT table'[Financial year (M)]) - 2)
I have a month slicer, reading from the Sort order Table, column Request Posted (M) Month (NameOrder) with values Jan-Dec
& a financial year slicer reading from Made Up- FACT table column Financial year (M)
When all is selected on the months slicer, I want the visual to calculate all the months values and show as 1 bar per category from request type, not display individual counts per month separately when " all " is selected but I still want people to be able to see individual months when filtered for individual
I.e. instead of this....
I want it to show "like" the below but May be "all" and then FY...
Thanks in advance 🙂
