Hi everyone, 

I am working on a project of personal finances analysis. 

Part of the project is to immitate investments in mutual funds, stocks crypto..

I would like bring perfomance of specific financial instruments to PowerBI and connect it with the monthly payments identified in the transaction from bank account.

The model should recognize my purchases, apply the price of the day of purchase, calculate current value of my investments, and calculate ROI.

I am still at the begining, but it would be really helpfull to see some examples.

Is there anyone having experience building such a thing?

Hi @JanD ,

I think the most important thing is how to get the data from bank account and data of stocks. Maybe you can refer this video. Get data via API is a good choice.
