In such cases, how to create a Parent-Child Hierachy ?
Thanks @adamtsummers , So is there any alternative soultion rather than using PATH() for achieving child-parent hierachy approach for above scenario?

Have a look here: PATH function (DAX) - DAX | Microsoft Learn
You'll see the following:
Hope this helps!
Adam
