Overlap Analysis

Hi, I am working on an overlap analysis and need help on that. Actually I want to create a matrix in which I want to show the number of customers who were in segment "A" previous year and changed to segment "B","C","D" or "E" this year. Can anyone please help on this? I have attached the screenshot of the matrix which I need. I have two columns in my table with previous year segment and current year segment.

What have you tried?  Try this: Take a matrix, add current year to rows, previous year to columns, and any other column (summarized as count) for the values.
