Hey everyone,
I'm tryingt to drill through (right click: Drill through) on a visual that is based on a measure, which is the distinct count of an ID. I have come across other posts that have quuestions but did not find a solution.
Explanation of the requirement.
The Data is as follows. The table G shows the column: month, ID, source 1, source 2 and the last column is a calculated column that is 1 or 0 based on if the source between 1 and 2 have changed for that ID. If it is 1 that means source 2 is different from source 1
| Table: G | ||||
| Month | ID | Source 1 | Source 2 | Change in source |
| January | 1 | A | A | 0 |
| January | 1 | A | B | 1 |
| January | 1 | B | C | 1 |
| January | 1 | C | C | 0 |
| January | 1 | D | E | 1 |
| January | 2 | F | G | 1 |
| January | 2 | T | I | 1 |
| January | 3 | R | R | 0 |
| January | 4 | A | A | 0 |
| January | 4 | B | B | 0 |
| January | 4 | C | C | 0 |
I then wanted to calculate the distinct count of IDs that had a change. In the case above, my distinct count is 2 since only ID 1 and ID 2 have changes in source and the disctinct count for both of them are 2
I made a visual based on year and month of the distinct count of ID. the total number of distinct IDs is ~ 1500. This is what the visual looks like
Based on the example in the table above when I right click on Drill through in a specific month bar chart in the visual, It would be great if I could see all the IDs in that month that had a change. The drill through should look like this. The distinct count is 2 but I should still be able to see all the IDs that have a change. It's more like all the transactions for that ID
| Month | ID | Source 1 | Source 2 | Change in source |
| January | 1 | A | B | 1 |
| January | 1 | B | C | 1 |
| January | 1 | D | E | 1 |
| January | 2 | F | G | 1 |
| January | 2 | T | I | 1 |
But at the moment I'm seeing all the 1500 IDs that have a change in the year and not specifically in that month
Is there anyway that I can see only the distinct IDs that have a change of source = 1 in that month and not the whole year when I drill though?

@rischav - Whatever Filter you have used in your measure, try implementing that filter condition on page level filter of the drill through page and see if that helps.

@rischav - Have you applied any filter function in your measure which you are displaying in visual?
If yes, then please note that, drill through doesn't work for filtered measures.
Workaround in that case can be- Apply page level filter on drill through page.

@Anonymous Yes, I have. I have used calculate(distintcount, filter) to calculate the distinct count of ID where Change of source = 1.
When I do the drill Through, how do I get all the IDs ( not distinct) using page filters? It would be great if I could drill through on the distinct count visual but have all the IDs in the drill through for that month that had a change of source.
