New column that sorts rows into 3 categories

Hey there! I currently have the following table, the column General name has 11 different names. I would like to add a new column that sorts each row into one of 3 catagories, Bak Light, Canadian Light and heavy, based on its general name. Any Ideas?

( I already tried a couple things so there is already a column for it in the picture)

Thanks!

Use Power Query to add a conditional column.
