Need to calculate the dynamics of the purchase price to the previous date

Hello.

Could you please help me with dax.

I need to calculate the dynamics of the purchase price to the previous date.

Above is what i need to get. It may be solved in other view.

How to calculate two these measures?

1) Dynamic to the previous date

2) Dynamic of the last possible date to the first possible date.

I've been trying to do it with EARLIER or PreviousMonth at least, but i got only errors.

Dynamic to prev date % = CALCULATE(MAX('Data'[Purchase_price]),FILTER('Calendar',PREVIOUSMONTH('Calendar'[Date])))

Maybe the model has some problems?
