I have this data where I need to calculate 2 calculations for previous, current and next month. Basically to track which payemnt are guaranted in current month, how much much will be guranted next month. Not sure why chart is showing equal bars

Are you usinga Date Table in your Data Model? If yes, please tyr this.
Invoiced =
SUM(Table[Total Amount])
Est. invoice =
CALCULATE([Invoiced], USERELATIONSHIP(Date[Date], Table[Est. Invoice Date]))
Invoice Accepted =
CALCULATE([Invoiced], USERELATIONSHIP(Date[Date], Table[Invoiced Accepted Date])
Add the date from the date table to a visual then the measures
