I have 3 tables.
1st table have customers name, roles
2nd table have roles, regions
3rd table have regions, targets
I need DAX measure which calculates distinct count of customers names and multiple them with targets.

You can use these measures (according to your screenshot):
namesAmt = DISTINCTCOUNT(Table1[Name])JobsAmt = MAX(Table3[Target]) * [namesAmt]If you don't need the first one in your chart, you can use one measure for Total Jobs:
JobsAmt_v2 =
VAR namesAmt = DISTINCTCOUNT(Table1[Name])
RETURN
MAX(Table3[Target]) * namesAmt
