Need help converting this Excel Formula to DAX language

I need help for this Excel Formula to be converted to DAX

1. =IF(ColumnA<>"","Y","N")

 

2. =IF(OR(ColumnD="00Test 00TestLast",ColumnD="00test newcon"),"Y","N")

the formula works in a "new column' not in a 'measure'.
It is solved already.

try below code 

 

measure1 =
   if('yourtablename'[columnname that you compare(columnA)]<>"","y","n")

measure 2 =
   if('yourtablename'[columnname where you compare(columnD)]="00Test 00TestLast" ||
    'yourtablename'[columnname where you compare(columnD)]="00test newcon","y","n")
